Thank You Kathleen, I have long awakened the portals of non-suffering on a spiritual level, yet I struggle when I tap into another's suffering. I hear you saying not to allow this suffering to manifest but instead give it the light it needs to be balanced . To let it go and move on to the next beautiful or positive gifts that await us.

And yes Monika..more from Guidance Energy: "The power of prayer for both the positive and negative used to combine the opposites will shift consciousness. The shift in consciousness is what we mean by 'disrupt the wiring'. It is the intention with which one addresses it. The intention here is of non-suffering. If in prayer you hold the intention of non-suffering, then the experience that you have around it is non-attachment to the suffering. If you hold the intention of non-suffering with repetition of prayer, this will create a grid. The emotion is then processed in this grid of non-suffering created by repetition of prayer and a shift in consciousness occurs. When sustained prayer is applied it will manifest or outpicture into physical reality. The shift in consciousness is as simple as this metaphor: instead of going one way up your stairs you decide to take a few steps to the left and create a new path!"

Yes Naga..the acceptance of both polarities, without judgement, creates the balance. I believe, as Guidance Energy suggests, that our souls orchestrate our lives like a great conductor and as they say, "What soul creates an agenda and goes to all the trouble, metaphysically of incarnating, if it was going to sabotage itself? None. Remember that you are not alone, that you are always collaborating with Divine. So Simply Be Willing. Willing to have Divine invade your consciousness even in moments when that may be difficult."

Thank you for these insights Kathleen. The concept of moving authentically through life with non-suffering suggests maybe accepting the negative and positive polarities as they evolve in our life experience, with the aim of coming to balance through all these experiences? And re-balancing in the knowledge and re-membering of these?
