Authentic Living
Every now and then I feel compelled to find out what newscasters and journalists are reporting on. I must confess, I don’t do this daily and only when my intuition guides me to. As I glanced over the main page at CNN.com, I was surprised to see under Editors Choice Top Picks one titled “Learning How to Speak your Truth”. http://www.cnn.com/2009/LIVING/personal/11/27/o.speak.your.truth/
The story in the article about a man speaking his truth in a grocery store in response to a woman yelling at her children touched my heart in much the same way the beautiful offerings from all of you on SoulSpeak touch my heart. The article by Mike Robbins for Oprah.com is a good one, with practical tips on being yourself and speaking authentically. I clicked a few more recommended links and realized a movement is afoot; a movement towards authenticity. But how do we know for sure when we are speaking our authentic voice and not just opinions, or emotions attached to belief systems? I approached the voice of Guidance Energy with this question.
“Authentic Living” Guidance Energy replied. And here is what they offered: “What if one could feel the energetic of words and open up the portals within to retrieve the soul and speak truth? This is speaking truth from soul - not truth from mind - truth from soul. For example, speaking these words from soul, the words Authentic Living, invokes the presence of this energy, the energy of Authentic Living, in your body and changes your reality. You are then not just speaking authentically, you are living authentically and all words are therefore truth. In order to speak words as truth from soul, you have to find where the soul is, get it to talk and then find the words to express it. How do you do this? By allowing soul, which is connected to and in collaboration with a benevolent, loving Divine, to communicate through your guidance system, connected to various parts of the body, and express it. You don’t do it, you be, let it float through you and express it. You are collaborating with your guidance system in Divine Collaboration to call forth and invoke the soul. When one has contact with Divine, one truly surrenders. This surrender is the mystical alignment of all things. In this surrender, one communicates with soul. We call this SoulSpeak, speaking truth from soul.”
Guidance Energy offers that speaking authentically, speaking truth, comes from soul. In speaking truth from soul in every moment, we are living authentically, changing not just our lives, but the lives of all whom we touch on a daily basis. It’s moments like this, even after reading or listening to the news, I have hope for the future. Following the intuition to find the article, engaging my SoulSpeak as the voice of Guidance Energy and sharing with all of you means I am living authentically. For that, I am humbled and grateful.
